This is an excellent opportunity for an in-house recruiter to join one of the most successful financial services firms in Europe. Your role will be to co-ordinate, integrate and manage organisation wide projects relating to the delivery of resourcing and development initiatives to ensure minimal process duplication, cost control and appropriate consistency. You will have: experience of working in an in-house recruitment*HR function; have demonstrated successful project management e.g. Graduate Recruitment; have an understanding of resourcing issues and ways to overcome them; an understanding of the marketplace and suppliers; and the ability to identify change opportunities in order to engage variety of interested parties to deliver results.
